Serge Golovkov is, a fintech entrepreneur and investor with over 15 years of experience across finance, technology, and digital platforms. He is the Founder and CEO of RIPE Capital, an investment platform transforming music royalties into tokenized, tradable financial assets.
A graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Serge has built and exited multiple ventures spanning investment banking, industrial technology, and e-commerce. His background includes senior roles in M&A advisory, co-founding and scaling technology-driven companies, and serving as a founding board member of NappyClub, a leading Eastern European e-commerce platform with sustained high-growth performance.
At RIPE Capital, Serge leads the development of an AI- and Web3-powered infrastructure that enables artists to monetize their work and investors to access music royalties as a new asset class. His work focuses on merging intelligence, decentralization, and culture to redefine ownership and income streams in the digital economy.
