Pāvels Janševskis is a real estate investor and developer with over 20 years of experience across residential and commercial projects in Europe, the UK, the United States, and Southeast Asia. He is the Managing Partner of Blue Ocean Capital, where he structures and leads private equity investments in high-growth real estate developments across international markets.
Pavel has founded and scaled multiple real estate businesses, serving in senior executive and partner roles including CEO and Managing Partner positions. His expertise spans the full development lifecycle — from land acquisition and investment structuring to development execution and market delivery — with a strong track record in building projects from concept to profitable operation.
He is currently a Co-Founder of Family Nest Bali, a next-generation family-focused resort development in Uluwatu, reflecting his focus on lifestyle-driven, community-oriented real estate concepts. Pavel’s strategic insight, cross-border experience, and entrepreneurial execution provide the Board with experienced guidance on real estate investment strategy, development risk, and international market expansion
