Over the course of his career, he has founded and led multiple companies from concept to large-scale operation, managing organizations with over 1,500 employees and more than 90 locations across the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
He is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ATMOS, an international guided communal thermal experience platform with operating locations in Bali, Portugal, and the United States. In this role, Alexey is responsible for operational architecture, service design, team scaling, and international expansion, including the development of standardized frameworks for staff training, guest experience, performance metrics, and operational resilience across markets.

A graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Serge has built and exited multiple ventures spanning investment banking, industrial technology, and e-commerce. His background includes senior roles in M&A advisory, co-founding and scaling technology-driven companies, and serving as a founding board member of NappyClub, a leading Eastern European e-commerce platform with sustained high-growth performance.
